When a new shooting war between Sino-Vietnam happen this time around, it will be just like the last time of Sino-Vietnam War. 

The Soviet Union at the time have signed mutual defense treaty to defense Vietnam, guest what?  The PLA just walk over these Vietnamese like hot knife cutting into soft ice cream cake, and there is NOTHING these Russian can do about it.
