The U.N. without China was an incomplete organisation; so many nations voted for her admission.

I don't think that China getting the support of the African nations was due to China's sending engineers to build the railway in Tanzania in 1967.

They voted for China's admission was mostly due to self-interest; China can support these nations in the U.N.
