I think currently the WS10 produced are being used by J-11B. J-10B is still in Yanliang CFTE, mass production hasn't started yet. In terms of reliability, I heard it's better than AL-31F, even performance wise. Like J-20 which uses derivative of WS-10 for flight test (which shows PLAAF has enough confidence in its reliability), Y-20 will also be powered by WS-10 derivative engines.Related link: PLAAF flying with WS10 and variant
