know too much about jurisdiction. As far as taxes go, you might pay more of it to one side than the other. For example, if you have no road access, no city services on the Can side, and claim not to be a Can citizen, you might not have to pay Can taxes. If you claim to be a Can citizen but work in the US, you are liable for all US income taxes, and depending on Can tax law/income, you might or might not have Can income liability. Better ask an CPA for specifics. A better example would be the property of that sect headed by W Jeff. The property across the state line of AZ and TX and gave law enforcement a lot of problems.
