They did poured lots of rocks to stretch that runway. I bet they have F 8s in there. THe Scharborough SHoals is known to have plenty of oil and natural gas, the reason the Viets want Exxon to dig it up.Now the RP has some islands under their control. Heres an article by some Chinese refuting that.
