If my memory correct, China control about 5 and Taiwan control 1 Islands! So, to claim that Vietnam control Spratly Island is misrepresentation.
If China want, the PRC can dislodge all of these Vietnamese and Filipino from the entire Spratly region within 48 hours of fighting.
